Log Cabin ..more detailsRomantic! Fully furnished cabin with queen bedroom downstairs, double and pullout sofa in loft, one bath (tub/shower). Couples love this cabin, but it's perfect for small families too. Self-catering style -- small kitchen in cabin and some supplies (B&B option also available for $8/person).

Guest House - 2 units - reserve all/partThree bedroom, 2 1/2 bath , fully furnished house with 5 beds plus pullout sofa. Very comfortable & children will feel right at home. Handicap accessible with wide doors and bathroom grab bars. The well equipped kitchen invites you to provide healthy meals for your group at the time you want to eat. What's better than breakfast in your PJs? (Note: B&B breakfast is not included for Guest House occupants.)

We have three DIFFERENT types of rooms at Sundance Bear Lodge. Choose romantic log cabin, traditional lodge B&B rooms or spacious guest house for privacy and larger groups / family.
Total occupancy -- about 20 friendly folks!
If you need help doing a mix-and-match combination to suit your family or group, call us. We would be happy to help sort out the competing needs of the group. Yes, we will rent the whole facility to one group!
Spring or fall retreat groups are just one example.
Another: grandparents might like to stay in the lodge while the rest of the family (with the little children) are in the guest house.
We're at 7000 feet with wonderful Colorado weather. We rely on mother nature's old fashioned style of air conditioning. As the sun sets, open the windows and enjoy the evening breeze and cooling temperatures.
