Special Pricing

Sundance Bear Lodge is open all year.  Mesa Verde is too! Spruce Tree House is the winter exhibit, with Cliff Palace, Balcony House and Long House open May-Sept.  And the Durango Train operates most of the year.

Winter Specials (Nov through April)

• Log Cabin - $175/night for 1-4 ppl.  Also no cleaning fee for a one-night stay in the winter.  Breakfast is available for $8/person
• Log Cabin - Winter weekly rate of $750 (saves $475!)  -  self cater only (no breakfast option)
• Guest House - Whole (both units) $280/night -- save $55 off summer rates.   Two day minimum in winter.  Sole occupant (rent only one unit, but have it to yourselves: $150-255/night depending on # of guests).
• Guest House - Short stay special -- $100 credit on 4th night rate, excluding holidays if renting the whole guesthouse.
• Guest House - Winter weekly rate for entire guest house -- $1600. Saves $360 over the winter nightly rate!

Summer Specials (May through Oct)

• Guest House - Discounted rate for renting the entire house in the summer.  Nightly rate for the whole house - $335 (saves $30/night).  Weekly rate is $2,275 per week (saves an additional $70).
• Sole occupant rate: $250/night.

All Year Specials

• Lodge Rooms - Rent both rooms for $245/day and save 5% over per room prices. Accommodate up to 4 guests with breakfast included.  (Can add a fifth person for $10 including breakfast)

Other Notes

• Tax rate of 5.25% not included in the above
• No Minimum stay is required although two or more nights is recommended.  However for one night stay in either the log cabin or guest house, a $35 cleaning fee applies for May - September rentals.
